Greta,

This is exactly what I have done in working with high school science
classes to not just provide curriculum, but actually teach in the class
and work with the teacher in taking the students through an experiment in
plant competition and then having them track the experiment over the
semester. It was fun to work with students and then hear about what they
learned at the end of the experiment. I have done this several times and
have quite a bit of experience putting a course together.

Let me know how I can help.

Regards,
Steve
