The Department of Biological Science at Florida International University is seeking qualified candidates (Ph.D. required) for an Assistant Professor and or higher rank position in Terrestrial Vertebrate Ecology. Ecologists working on terrestrial vertebrates in all areas of ecology are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be expected to have externally funded research at the time of application and maintain an externally funded research program, supervise graduate students in our Ph.D. program, as well as teach undergraduate courses in their area of expertise. The minimum requirements are a Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service.
