Biologist We are looking for an energetic, career-minded ecologist to join us on a full-time basis. We currently have one opening in our San Diego Office. The position responsibilities are varied and may include environmental compliance (CEQA, wetland delineation and permitting), mitigation and conservation banking/planning, biological surveys, and restoration planning. Possession of USFWS recovery permits or equivalent MOU (particularly for Quino checkerspot, least Bell’s vireo, southwestern willow flycatcher, arroyo toad, flat-tailed horned lizard, and desert tortoise) and experience in these areas is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will exhibit the skills needed to complete wetland delineations, existing conditions reports, regulatory permitting package materials, and basic ecological assessments. Training is provided.
