I’m trying to locate as many spatial wildlife (non-human animal or plant) disease datasets as possible to conduct a broad analysis testing the influence of unusual environmental conditions and climate change on different types of disease outbreaks. Datasets must contain prevalence or presence/absence (not presence-only) records for one or more host-parasite systems. Each record should also include geographic location (preferably coordinates, but sites are also fine), date of sampling or testing (precise to month or season, at minimum), and identity of the host species.
