Visiting Assistant Professor of Biology (Ecology) The Department of Biology at the College of William and Mary invites applications for a 1- year, non-tenure-track visiting faculty positions that will begin August 10, 2018. We seek an individual with expertise in Ecology who will teach an ecology course with a lab with a preference for someone who can also teach biostatistics. The successful candidates will be expected to be effective teachers and will teach a 3:3 load including small upper-level undergraduate seminars and lab sections as part of that load.
A Ph.D. in biology, biomathematics, or a related field is required at the time appointment begins (August 10, 2018). Previous experience teaching undergraduate courses and postdoctoral research experience would be viewed favorably.
