A three year research assistantship is available in the Brian Wilsey Lab at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. The RAs will work on a project on prairie restoration techniques to improve habitat and host plant abundance for rare insects, including bees and butterflies. The study will take place at field sites in Northwest Iowa and SW Minnesota. Collaborators will be biologists at the Iowa and Minnesota DNRs.
