[ecopath] GMOs and Land Use

I would like to draft a section on GMOs for our local Land Use Bylaw, now
undergoing revision.
Specifically, I would like to propose an section that bans the production
or use of GMO seed.

Does anyone know of any Land Use Bylaws already in place thst might serve
as a model?
