Hi Nic
I've not encountered the brown button spider unless it is
what we call "brown recluse". Our two spiders to avoid
are the black widow and brown recluse. In both cases i've
found they avoid busy areas where the web is in danger.
So... to get them out of the garden just disturb the web.
They will pack up and move out.
Are you sure about the identification? Our brown recluse
is almost never found in the garden.
