Here in Ireland passiflora incarnata is entirely hardy but never
ripens fruit out of doors - if you want fruit it has to be in a
greenhouse or conservatory. Wouldn't surprise me if the same applies
in Oregon. I've eaten wild fruits in Oklahoma in August and very good
they were too
