actually, answer 1 is incorrect.  Flies do have mouthparts, many
features of which are used in taxonomy.  The main visible difference
between dipterans (flies) and hymenopterans (bees, wasps, hornets, etc)
is that flies only have 2 wings whereas bees (and the others) have 4.
