Simple ideas that contribute to improved health, cost
savings, and less ecological impact.

1. Utilization of bulk foods (minimal
   packaging) This includes grains,
seeds, dried fruit, and having a garden.

2. Drink water. Bottled beverages and
other packaged drinks are seldom a
   good substitute for quality water.

3. Eat from a well stocked pantry. This
   avoids constant trips to grocery
and the lure of junk food.
