 1. Eat a balanced diet.
 2. Eat natural foods.
 3. Exercise reguraly.
 4. Explore "play" and take it serious
 5. Make life an education project
 6. Keep records, health, finance, etc.
 7. Encourage optimism
 8. Avoid excess sun, alcohol, smoke, etc.
 9. Have regular health checks
 10. Stay in contact with friends.

These were extracted from the book of lists.  They probably
will not ensure anyones happiness, but they may be useful
as the foundation and as a check list.  How did you do?
