Hi Don, It is good to hear from you even if it is bad news. My first reaction was to offer suggestions which is ridiculous. How can anyone walk in another persons shoes. I read an interesting article on change the other day. It pointed out that the complexity of the world grows at an ever increasing rate and is now way beyond an individuals ability to keep an overview. We have all become dominated by a sea of data and change. I have seen the effects of all this on the software industry. In just two years skills can be obsolete and the industry dominated by a new generation. The same can be said of politics, economics, and most abstract groupings. The one notable exception is nature. The rate of change in nature has also increased but more slowly. This may not continue, but for now it is still true. Jeff
