CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI and CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI_H share the
same package directory. This causes problems for the eCos Administration Tool
(ecosadmin.tcl) which assumes that each package has its own directory. In this
case, it seems reasonable to define CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI_H as a CDL
component of CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI rather than a separate package. All
targets that use CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI also use
CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI_H. I'm happy to make this change. Any
objections?
