Yup, build it from source ;-)
Seriously, the default build jar (and build-ecs.bat/sh) will not build
in all the extra packages. So either build it with an IDE, or use
ant:
read build-ecs.bat/sh and you can see the different build targets.
The
one with factory in it is in there... so you can specify a parameter
like so:
build-ecs xml OR
buil-ecs html OR
.....
