Hello together

Osamu OKADA wants to express the differences between an old and an actual DELFOR.
My question is why. In the automotive industry (at least in europe) normally an actual
DELFOR replaces the older one (per item number) completly. So therefore I see no reason
to send the differences and you have no problems with positive or negative quantities.
