Principal EDI/EC/Trading Partner Architect Job Summary: In this position, you will partner with utility and marketing partners to: - Analyze interface specifications and processes - Create gateway scripts and translation maps - Test and debug translations - Design and develop a normalized transaction model - Setup, maintain, and secure communications solutions using Internet protocols - Integrate translations into workflow processes - Integrate work with regulatory affairs groups, attend and monitor work group proceedings - Provide programming specifications for user exits to developers - Provide programming specifications for transformation logic to C, JAVA, and PL/SQL developers - Manage a team of EDI Analysts - Define production procedures and manage production operations Job Requirements: - BS degree - 10+ years experience in information systems development and operations - Demonstrated experience in EDI 810, 814, 867, 820, 824, 821 EDI transaction standards - Exceptional analytical, design, problem solving and communication skills - Strong scripting skills and programming experience - Hands on experience with XML and PaperFree is a plus - Energy industry background preferred - Knowledge and experience with internet EDI communication standards such as AS1 and GISB a plus EDI/EC ANALYST Job Summary: In this position, you will engage utility companies and marketing partners analyze interface specifications and processes, create gateway scripts and translation maps utilizing a mapping tool.
