Dear EDI-L Subscribers,
I work with the electronic trading department for one of Australia's largest
retailers. Our EDI help desk consist of 8 people who's primary role is to
support our trading partners with their business-to-business electronic
transactions. We are in need of a new Help Desk Management system. Nothing
too complicated, but something that will allows us to record details of
inbound calls.
Does anyone have any experience/advice on some of the products out in the
market place ?
