I think that you'd even find it in the (nearly ancient) EDIFACT 89.1 directory.
I believe that it was plucked from normal directory distribution shortly
thereafter. (And not only are the V1 and V2 structurally different at the
message level, look deeper and you'll find some of the segments got rearranged,
too.)
And now, back to "modern" EDI... 8-)
