You might, depending on the capabilities of the converters involved, be
able to use the repetition count of group 37 as a reference in ALC
rather than introducing a key with APR. The problem reflects a weakness
in the PRICAT structure, since one should not need to use relational
references in a hierarchical design, but that is cold comfort.
