Kepa Zubeldia, who has been very active in HIPAA EDI work efforts provided
the following as a source for test data.
Go to www.ehnac.org, follow the link on the left to the Standard Transaction
Format Compliance System, then follow the link on the left for the Library
of
Compliant Transmissions.
These are HIPAA transactions that comply with the guide, not just 837, but
all
other kinds also. Very useful and free resource if you are testing your
translator.

We are starting to create our map for an inbound 837 4010. But we really
need a sample/test file to be able to create the maps effectively. But none
of our trading partners are quite ready to sent a HIPAA complaint 837 4010.
Any suggestions of where I might be able to look?
There is a single claim in the back of the implementation guide but we were
hoping for something a LITTLE more extensive than that!
