EDi in Korea

All,
I am trying to arrange connections to vendors in Korea and I am having
problems.

1/ 1 vendor quoted a price from a vendor of  $ 210 K US to connect 1 vendor
to 1 customer.
2/ Is EDi common in Korea ?
3/ What VANS are there in Korea ?
4. What translators provide support from a local office ?
