TIE Commerce

Good Day!

I'm new to the list and thought I'd ask a quick question:

We process healthcare claims and are currently looking at TIE Commerce as a possible 
EDI vendor.  Does anyone have any experience with them?  How are they as a vendor?  
Customer service?
