It sounds like you need to find an EDI class/seminar.  There are a number of
vendors that do
this.  For starters look at www.disa.org , www.wedi.org .  Do you have
somebody on staff that
is familiar with HIPAA?  There are a number of healthcare related
organizations that have conferences,
3 going on this week.  Next week there is Ecommerceworld going on in San
Francisco.
Are you the new project lead for EDI at Tufts?
