I would use the 816 document and make the zip code the parent, using the ref
segment and the stores the child.

I need to send a customer a "Ship-to" Zip Code cross reference.
The data is made up of 2 parts
1 - Ship-to address
2 - all customer zip codes that use the Ship-to address in part 1
Can anyone suggest a good transaction set to send this information in?
I found that I need a N1 loop with in a N1 loop. The 864 has such.
