Would anyone care to defend the ebXML position, or challenge Mike's analysis
of ebXML's work and success so far ? Working from the assumption that a
"solid D grade: fail" is fair, should any more work be done along these lines ?
What is the future for eTBWG ?
Given that it is now almost universally and conservatively estimated that it
will take at least two or three years to produce any solid ebXML speficiations
that will be implementable, will the market wait ? Has the number of
proprietary XML implementations already in place yet reached critical mass
to prevent any serious take-up of a standardised approach ?
