Yes, you can have multiple interchanges in a single physical file. There 
may be restrictions placed by your VAN; Geis EDI*Switch requires one 
interchange per file submitted. You may also wish to restrict the number 
of interchanges in a file because, if one has a fault, then potentially 
the whole file is flagged as faulty.
