I think it's really a stretch to conclude that the Army has made the decision to adopt CICA based on this briefing from LMI. I would suggest that those interested carefully read slides 31-39. LMI nowhere in this briefing **recommends** CICA; rather, on the referenced slides you'll find what seems to me to be a fairly balanced assessment with pros and cons. Rachel
