There is a database available within the EDI-L web site. It will only be available if you have a Yahoo ID, which I've been like One-Note Charlie on the kazoo telling people that they can get.
A Yahoo ID simply allows access to all the neat web features. During signup, I believe there is an opt-out page but you can simply decline to get spammed and they leave you alone. If you do have a Yahoo ID, you can visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EDI-L/database. There are a couple of tables there already; it might be good to use one of the existing ones. Or you can make one of your own. If you don't have a Yahoo ID, you can visit the site anyway and they'll give you an opportunity to sign up. I highly recommend it. > -----Original Message----- > From: Earl Wertheimer [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Friday, January 28, 2005 10:33 AM > To: Stephen Lee; EDI-L Mailing List > Subject: Re: [EDI-L] EDI Coordinator Trading Partner Contacts > > > > Stephen > > > This is for people looking for EDI software providers, > service providers, > > etc.. > > Not really for EDI Trading Partners to contact eachother. > > I didn't think that EDI Trading Partners actually talk to each other. > In fact, I would say that some of them go out of their way to > be _different_. > > I would be happy to setup an EDI Contacts page if someone > wants to send me the > information or the EDI-L admin could create a section on > the Yahoo page where > people could self-submit the information.. > > Earl Wertheimer > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > http://www.spe-edi.com > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] .
