Actually Softshare has a demo version of Delta that works for 30 days so
you can get an idea of what it does. Not sure how fully functional it
is, as I only used it to evaluate the mapping functionality, but it was
pretty helpful in making a determination.

TPPC's real limitation is on the number of partners.  It is/was a great
