I am runnning Gentran 3.1.1 for NT on a Windows 2003 Server/SQL 2000 setup.
In the past, I successfully installed and used this same setup on a test
machine.

Here is the issue I am having now. A client machine can log on to the
Gentran Server without any problems, if however that client attempts to view
the Audit Log, this error is received:

"Unable to create Audit Log COM server

Error returned 0x8000401A
The Server process could not be started because the configured identity is
incorrect. Check the username and password"

I am not certain which user name and password the error is referring to.

If a session is started on the server itself the Audit Log can be viewed.

I have tried the different types of security for logon.

Anyone run into this problem before?

Thank you,

Chris Burns
