The document that Earl mentions below is the draft American National 
Standard, Version 5, which was based on X12 Version 4060.  I doubt if you 
will find many changes between 4010 and 4060, only additions.  So, it may 
suffice for your 4010 reference.  Just be careful to use it only for the 
definitions, and not necessarily for the segment or transaction set layout.
