I need to create a XML data dictionary for 850 X12-4040 standard. I already have 4010 dictionary but do not have time to comapre with 4040 and make changes. Does anybody know the fastest way to achieve this or at least know the difference between 850-4010 and 850-4040. We don't have any tool ( and not willing to buy).
