We have a requirement from US Customs to map elements 01 - 23 of the M11 segment for a 309 Manifest Bill of Lading Details document. They use version 004010. According to the standards, the M11 segment only uses elements 01 - 19. How can US Customs require elements 20 - 23? Has anyone run into this type of situation?
