What you have above are TWO interchanges each containing a single  
INVOIC. There is nothing wrong of doing so. However, if you want to  
send the two messages in one single interchange you would structure  
it this way:

+UNB'
+UNH'
+BGM'
..... First INVOICE GOES HERE
+UNT'
+UNH'
+BGM'
..... Second INVOICE GOES HERE
+UNT'
+UNZ'

Since both messages are of the same type (INVOIC) you could use a  
functional group, but this is nto mandatory, if so the interchange  
would be structure this way:

+UNB'
+UNG'
+UNH'
+BGM'
..... First INVOICE GOES HERE
+UNT'
+UNH'
+BGM'
..... Second INVOICE GOES HERE
+UNT'
+UNE'
+UNZ'
