I have a TP in Hong Kong that uses Easylink and they have been down for two days. I wonder if it is the same issue? We don't use Easylink... is AccessPlus their VAn service portal? If you are using AccessPlus, you think that you are sending documents, but not really. There is a patch that is easy to install. I have a number of trading partners that stopped sending 997's on January 1, 2006, and all were with Easylink.
