I'll agree with Paul, their support has been excellent.  As Carl said,
Access Plus is their communications software.  It appears on some computers
as "Mail Transport".  Documents appear to be sent, but they are really not.
If you log onto Easylink you will find that nothing is actually being sent.

I have one client that has had trouble with the patch, their solution was to
uninstall and reinstall the software.  All others had the problem corrected
with the patch.

The Easylink US telephone number is 800-872-6711.  Option 2 has been set up
to help with this issue.
