It seems to me that sooner or later, if the costs and testing keep occuring, 
that you should get with your trading partner and discuss any further changes 
that might be done in the future.  Since you've obviously has this happen 
before, perhaps you can find other changes they intend to do a little further 
down the road and implement them all at once.  That way, testing charges will 
be minimal for the maximum changes.  It's obviously difficult though, seeing as 
though changes cannot always be anticipated.

All in all, I feel your pain!

    I was just greeted with an email outlining some EDI mapping changes from 
one of our customers.  The changes don't bother me as much as them charging me 
to test their new changes they want to implement.  
 
 I know this has been on the board before, but it still stinks. This time the 
testing fee's are more expensive than the others.  When is enough enough.
