That is not true....the Vans have a hard time with it because of the switching
and it is hard to troubleshoot. I have a few clients in Austria and the UK
coming in that way.The terms and conditions are funny and difficult to
understand if you have never done it. What I recommend is that one of you get
in touch with the "local" support in both shores depending on the direction and
get it resolved on a sender/receiver basis(ie. get sending from a to be working
first then get sending from b to a working.) It is truely a nightmare when
something goes wrong, however it works just fine.
