Figuring out how what you're doing makes your company have a more
efficient operation might help stimulate some of the areas you can
move toward.

Do you like logistics, accounting, etc?  Can you see how to make
invoices work better for the company?  

Helping to improve the specifications to make people's lives easier or
create efficiencies that save money is rewarding to me.
