We sell a standalone solution which does all the JCP requirements and also  
integrated the 753/754 with a large apparel manufacturing system (in Oracle).

The 753 requires that your ERP (or EDI system) export all POs that are ready 
for a specific ship date.  That's going to be a tough job.

The incoming 754 is a lot simpler, since it just has to match back to the 
outgoing 753 and update the Carrier to be used.

What ERP are you using?  There must be others who have done it already...  I 
would try looking for other ERP users who have implemented this...
