ICS Service Slowdown Update -Description- As reported at 10:15 AM ET, GXS Operations Center detected a slowdown in the ICS service. As a result, impacted customers are experiencing slow document traffic. GXS is continuing to monitor the situation. -Impacted Services- Interchange Services (ICS) Interconnect Traffic AS/2 Service OLV Service NBT ICS Gateway -Additional Information- We apologize for any problems this causes you. We are working to resolve this issue, and service will be restored to full operation as soon as possible. If you are a Managed Services Customer, please note that this issue does not affect your ability to connect to the GXS Managed Services Platform. It does impact your trading partner community that utilizes the ICS service. The next Technical Service Bulletin will be issued at 1:30 PM ET or as soon as conditions change.
