We typically report monthly metrics at a very high level: # of Partners (customer vs supplier)
# of transactions (all doc types lumped together) Error Rate (% of transactions - indicates how much exception work had to be done and if corrective actions were effective) Avg FA turnaround time by partner Avg PO Ack return time by supplier Van uptime as a % against our published availability hours Management isn't concern with how many maps we use or even how many doc type combinations with each partner - that tends to be numbers that EDI Professionals love to pour over but non-EDI management just can't appreciate. ------------------------ Yahoo!
