I have only had "change a partner's network" come up once before, and that was so long ago I just could not recall it. Or maybe the partner was set up wrong to begin with, so I just took the opportunity to start over.. or maybe I didn't need to worry about it because I handled the 'send' and 'recieve' outside of TPPC...
