Which implies that there _are_ online resources.   A few hours on the PC with 
Google can find _lots_ of useful information.

If you know of any other links, I would be happy to add them to our links page 
(Education section)...

The other option is for someone to write an EDI FAQ, and post it to the files 
section for the group (if there isn't one there already).

I don't think anyone here would hesitate to reply to a question.  The problem 
is that we get a lot of "I'm new, tell me everything" kind of questions.

These reflect a lack of initiative on the part of the questioner, who expect 
the strangers on this list to give them a free education.  I think that those 
requests are a bit presumptuous...
