Who is GHX (the name Nancy specified)? If she intends
GXS then I agree with William Wilson. Sterling does
interconnects with GXS BUT GXS is very unreliable, has
bad customer support. If there is a problem, they
will blame it on everybody but themselves. One time,
it took me two weeks to get GXS to admit that they
were adding characters to a file that was causing
problems for the company I was working for. TWO
WEEKS! And that happened only after we petitioned all
the way to the top of their food chain (we finally had
a conference call with one of their top technical
people who confirmed our accusations).

Look at the Sterling web portal and look at the one
that GXS has. The latter looks like something put
together by a non-technical person who has just read
"Basic Web Sites for Dummies". Sterlings web tool, on
the other hand, rocks.

There are not enough negative adjectives in the
english language to cast upon GXS, so I'll put it
plain and simple using a verb: they suck!
