We are getting data from Midwest and Southwest; which we already know
they use different specifications. Our invoices have multiple
services for multiple accounts. What we are seeing is an IT1 and an
HL loop without supporting data in that HL loop to tell us what
services or what account it belongs to. ATT/SBC keeps referring us
to their guidelines, but their guidelines don't say that they are
going to do that. Anybody else run into this and how did you handle
it?
