Hi group,
I find our reseller arrangement in jeopardy
because my contract with (now) nuBridges
is from (yes) the Worldcom days before MCI
and they failed to update/renew it which is
causing problems.
As such, a large discrepency has developed regarding
overbilling & a large credit on the kc-rate and associated credits.
Has anyone else had this type of problem, when, and how
did you resolve it? (If you did?)
