Atlanta, GA
1 year Contract
Experience with Gentran Integration Suite Business Process Development and
mapping as well as administrative setup, code Lists, Partner Configuration.
Familiarity with EDI X12 standards. Familiarity with Unix environment.
Preferred Skills: Unix AIX platform familiarity as well as shell scripting.
Knowledge and experience with Mercator/Ascential Data Stage TX and Commerce
Manager.
Years of experience: 5 - 10
E. Soft Skills Needed
Excellent communication skills and ability to generate detailed technical
documentation. Ability to deliver within constrained timeline and budget.
F. Project Description/Daily Assignment
Detailed Description of Daily Assignment: As a senior EDI developer, first and
foremost develop and deploy high quality code to a production environment.
Also, perform map code reviews to ensure best practices and standards in place.
Review EDI maps and configuration for performance opportunities. Assist in
developing the code review checklist. Report all design, performance and
improvement suggestions to Project Lead for evaluation and subsequent approval
for implementation by the project.
Detailed Description of needed deliverable: Deliver X12 EDI solutions on
platform as needed to meet the customer implementation timelines
