Karla I haven't encountered pallet charges yet, but I would say that it really depends on your client and what they are able to receive.
Normally, I would send it as a SAC line, with the appropriate code. You really have to check to see which codes are acceptable. You may have to add the pallet charge to the existing Handling or Freight charges. I would _not_ recommend putting the pallet charge on a detail line unless the client asks.
